It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Allen Hunt (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Bari; his brother Terry; his sons, Greg (Cathy), Andy (Molly) and Steve; and his grandchildren, Sam, Max, Jack, Olivia, Layla, Harper and Holden.
