She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Lowery and Nancy Chavis Lowery; her husband Datery Locklear; and her siblings, Donald Chavis, Ree Lowery, Josephine Barton, Roscoe Lowery Jr., Luke Lowery and Maebella Barton.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Lockelar (Teresa), Hugh Lockelar, Ginger Wallace and Zachary Locklear; her siblings, Robert Lowery (Tessie), Lonnie Lowery and Kathy Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Michael Smith, Ashley Locklear and Eric Locklear. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
