She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brown and Connie Brown; and her brother Allen Brown. She is survived by: her husband David Huntley of Matthews, NC; her children, Lisa Richards (Chris Richards), Chuck Huntley (Shawn Huntley) and Jeff Huntley (Lynne Whitcher); her stepson Kevin Huntley (Angie Huntley); her grandchildren, Hannah Cook (Aaron Cook), Abby Richards, Emma Miller, Zac Huntley, Haden Miller, Ava Huntley and Ruby Huntley; her great grandchild Jones Cook; and her nieces, Jennifer and Allison Brown.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis United Methodist Church (4200 McKee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Francis United Methodist Church or Common Heart, in Elise's memory — a way to honor her legacy of love and generosity.
