She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Eloise Kerns and Katherine Susanna Kerns Hofer; her son-in-law Christian Merriwether Robb Hofer; her grandchildren, Hadley Elizabeth Greenwood Hofer and John Theodore Kerns Hofer; and her brother Daniel Milton Litaker II. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
