He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Wray Manigault. He is survived by: his children, Steven Elwood Manigault (Beverly A. Manigault), Joseph Ronald Manigault and Tracey Michele Manigault (Lester L. Arnold, Sr.); his grandchildren, Caroline Love, Nathan Manigault, Justin Manigault, Lester Arnold, Jr., Tyler Arnold, Myles Arnold and Michelle Olivas; his great grandchildren, Herbie Love III, Allison Love, Darron Manigault, Jayden Olivas and Amira Andrews; his cousins, James DeBerry, Wilma Samuels, Joan Boyd, Thomasine Fennick and Claretha Fennick; and his friend Dudley Adams. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, in memory of Elwood.
