With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Esther Elsie Rodenhizer (Charlotte, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. James and Elsie Testerman James; her husband Gary Rodenhizer; her daughter Susan Womack; and her grandchildren, Dawn Barnette and Matthew Berry.
She is survived by: her son Samuel Rodenhizer (Patricia); her grandchildren, Christina Clarke (Brian), Daniel Rodenhizer (Caitlin Brody) and Jamie Womack; her stepgrandson William Vetrano; her great grandchildren, Mateo Berry (Cheyenne), Colton Barnette and Chase Barnette; and her great great grandchildren, Evelynn and Nova Berry.
