It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Lee Manning (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Horatio, Arkansas, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James T. Manning; his siblings, James T. Manning, Jr. and Madeleine Manning Stanford; and his daughter Laura Ann Manning. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Manning (Jones); his children, Karen Manning Broome (Michael) and Eugene Lee "Lee" Manning, Jr. (DeAnne); his grandchildren, Merica Broome, Olivia Barker (Cody), Caleb Broome and Forrest Manning; and his sister-in-law Rutha Lane Manning. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
