She was predeceased by : her parent Mary Mayfield; her brother Arthur Mayfield; her cousins, Deborah Brewer of Charlotte, NC and Cleo Brewer (Kennia) of Atlanta, GA; and her friend Clinton Morgan.
She is survived by : her son Jerome Mayfield.
