She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Lee Frick and Anne Harris Frick; her husband William Jay Almond; and her siblings, Burns, Olin Frick, Lorene McIntyre and Angelene Pryce.
She is survived by: her son Alan Almond of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Elwood Frick of Evans, GA, Donald Frick of Salem, SC, Paul Frick of Atlanta, GA and Brenda Carpenter of Locust, NC.. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Canton Baptist Church Cemetery (24615 Endy Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001).
