She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramon Hernandez and Julia Vega Hernandez; and her daughter Zoe. She is survived by: her son Joe (Margaret); her adoptive daughter Mariluz; her granddaughters, Jessica (Michelle) and Melissa (Adam); her great grandchildren, Javon, Camerin, Devin, Drake, Arielle and Addie; and her cousin Monica of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Luke Catholic Church (9800 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227).
