He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mills Carson; his children, Pebbles La-Triecé Carson of Florida, Angela Stevenson of Statesville, Stephanie Mills of Statesville, Gary Dale Carson Jr. of Hickory, NC and Ashley Gillian of Statesville; his sisters, Nande Krist' of Statesville and Lonyetta Smith of Statesville; his aunt Neely Levy of Maryland; his siblings-in-law, Charles, Kenneth Mills and Debra Mills (Bertha Davidson); and his grandchildren, Sean Stevenson of Statesville, Na'Ryiah Mills-Morrison of Statesville, Chadrick Morrison Jr. of Statesville and Aniyah Morrison of Statesville.
