With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Eason Barnes of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on November 20, 2021 at the age of 15. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henry Eason Barnes to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Scott and Dawn Gordon Barnes; his brothers, Luke Gordon Foy and Jonah Andrews Barnes; and his grandparents, Judy Eason (Sassy) and Mitchell Foy Barnes (Paca). He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts, and uncles.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to the "Henry Barnes Memorial Fund". Gifts given to the Carmel Education Foundation in "Memory of Henry Barnes" will support CCS's Project Lighthouse mental health awareness club and counseling support for students.
