He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Veal; his wife Ima Veal; his son Alexander Veal; his parents-in-law, Mildred Endsley and Milton Endsley; his brother-in-law Atari Endsley; his nephew-in-law Morgan; and his friends, Michael Hill and Joe Morris. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

“My sincerest condolences to the Veal and Pitts family. Chris and I were born 4 days apart. Our parents attended high school together, and so did Chris and I. We also worked together at Kroger Baconsfield together. Our first official job! Chris was a hilarious guy. He kept us all laughing,and smiling.We were there for him when he lost his father,and we are here for Ima,Alexander,and Ms.Dot.
