He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Evelyn Hemmings and Robert Woods Ferguson; and his wife Rose Marie. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy, Dave, Susan and Bruce; his grandchildren, Kevin Foiles (Chanell), Robbie Foiles, Michael Foiles, Sierra Ferguson, Alexis Ferguson and Luke Ferguson; his great grandchild Evander Wade Foiles (Hugh); and his in-laws, Lou, Stella Sherer, Andy, Eleanor Cook, Mike and Kay Davis.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Church (1650 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek, CA 94598).
