She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Odessa McCray and Robert Lee McCray; and her siblings, Louisa McCray, Cynthia McCray Sinclair and Johnny McCray.

She is survived by: her daughter Robin McCray; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Yasmine and Malik; her great grandchildren, Zayin, Zimir and Sa'Ny; her siblings, Robert McCray, William McCray, Marcus McCray (Andrea) and Almator McCray; and her niece Sheneka (Greg) of Washington. She is also survived by nephews, cousins.
