She is survived by: her husband Wendell Lewis Key; her children, Kevin Key and Candice Key; her siblings, Don Haymaker (JoLynn) and Mary Haymaker of Buchanan, VA; her cousin Judy Worthington (Georgia); her sister-in-law Betty Haymaker; and her nieces and nephews, Lindsay Key Miller, Daryl Key, Matt Key, Lauri Key, Heather Haas, Mark Haymaker, Donnie Haymaker, Jeffrey Haymaker and Brandon Haymaker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Charlotte Bridge Center or the Alzheimer's Association in Jackie's memory.
