He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Violet Christine Dabbs Greer. He is survived by: his wife Martha Tate Greer; his son Chad Greer (Dawn) of Mint Hill; his grandchildren, Olivia, Macey and Caleb; his foster daughter Samantha Harrah (Larry Edwards) of Charlotte; his sister Judy Tillman (Mike); his stepmother Margaret Greer; his siblings, Jeannette Brewer (Sam), Larry Greer (Phyllis), Barbara Connell (Charles), Karen and Darren Greer (Sherry); and also, Katherine and Michael. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
