He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Junior Ratliff and Eula Mae Ratliff; and his siblings, Judy Robinson and Howard Ratliff. He is survived by: his siblings, Leo Ratliff (Mary), Lee Ratliff (Harriet), Tee Robinson, Bertha Hall (Junior), Diana Grier (Donnie), Barbara Lampkin (Gregory) and Loretta Froneberger (Rick); and his stepsisters, Selena Williams, Mary Thomas and Brenda Moore. He is also survived by twenty-two nieces and nephews, sixty-four great-nieces and great-nephews/great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
