He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Shaw Powers and Willie Powers Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Darnell Nichols of Charlotte, NC, Thomas Powers of Loganville, GA and Willie Powers Jr. of Whiteville, NC; and his sister-in-law Waynona Rene Powers. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
