We announce the death of Jan Loung Giang of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 84. Jan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dieu and Nhan Luong of China. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Benjamin Giang (Ngan) of Charlotte, Cuong Michael Chi Giang (Lori) of Gastonia, David Giang (Kristyn) of Mount Holly and Mamie Giang of Belmont; and her grandchildren, Sarah Giang of Middletown, Connecticut, Ellary and Theo Giang of Mount Holly.
