She is survived by : her husband Joseph "Gene" Taylor; her children, Mark Taylor and Leigh Manns (Michael); and her grandchildren, Payton, Abigail, Emma, Andrew, Bella, Olivia and Graham.

A reception was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Church (5801 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226-3432).
