She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Henry Brockenbrough and Lucielle Brockenbrough; her husband Bobby Riggins; and her son Brian Riggins. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexia Riggins, Olivia Riggins, Eric Riggins Jr., Luke Riggins, Blake Riggins, Jesse Riggins and Victoria Riggins; her great grandchildren, Stella Mullis, Ryder Riggins, Cameron Yancey, Chandler Yancey and Brooks Riggins; her sister Jo Boykin; and her son Eric Riggins (Angie Riggins).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hankins and Whittington Funeral Home (1111 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Forest Lawn East Cemetery (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Weddington, NC 28104).
