She is survived by: her mother Laura Betty Meredith; her husband Kenneth Sylvester McIntosh; her son William Chandler McIntosh; and her siblings, Lenise Parrott (Michael), Michele Parrott (Joe) and Richard Harris (Lateasha). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
