He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anne Smith Clontz; his children, David Randall (Sally), Ronald Gregory (Lisa) and Michelle Rene Clontz-Shay (Rob); his grandchildren, Alexandrea Nicole Clontz and David Christopher Clontz; his great grandchildren, Alexander Grey Gordon and Murphy Kyle Gordon; his brother William Marvin Clontz (Shannon); his half-brother Donald Jay Rowe; and his brothers-in-law, Andrew Morgan and Max Cochran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
