He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane Quinn Fulton; his children, John Anthony Fulton (Brigita Veisbergs Fulton), Michael Scott Fulton (Brook Naff Fulton), Stacy Lynn Kelleher (Dennis Kelleher) and Richard Andrew Fulton (Casey Haughs Fulton); his grandchildren, Ian, Oliver, Madeline Fulton, Griff (Hannah Arntzen), Addie Fulton, Emma Whiteis (Brandon), Sarah Weckerling, Lucy, Mack (Jay McCormick) and Lila Fulton; his great grandchildren, Frederica Fulton and Isla Whiteis; his grandson Pierce Collins Fulton; his parents, John Collins Fulton "Jack" and Thelma Leodra Zeitler Fulton; Bailey.
