Jean Elswick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Elswick of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on July 12, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Davis and Essie McManus Davis; and her brothers, Steve "Buddy" Davis and Joe Davis. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Elswick; her children, Scottie Furr (Barbara), J. C. Furr (Ashley), Tammy "Tabetha" Moore (Michael) and Lisa Furr; and her siblings, Jimmy Davis, Mary Robertson and Patsy Kell. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Belmont (515 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors - Bumgardner Chapel (515 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012).
