We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2025, at the age of 70, Jerome Davis (Charlotte, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Maurice Davis; and his brothers, James Davis and Tommy Davis of Charlotte, NC.. He is survived by: his close friends, Robert Potts, Melvin Gieger, Marjorie Brewerton and Markeenus; his pet Renee Wilkerson; his wife Joann Davis; his children, Jerome Davis Jr., James Davis, Gregory Davis, Brian Melton, Montez Wilson of Charlotte, NC. and Nancy Wilson (Clifton Hayden) of Charlotte, NC.; his goddaughters, Shakia Geiger, Lynn Brooke and Keisha Bryant (Leon) of Charlotte, NC.; his siblings, Carolyn Cuffie, Cecilia Turner, Jewell Robinson (Kenny) of Charlotte, NC and Calvin Steele of Charlotte, NC; and his father-in-law Glenn Gray. He is also survived by his Grandchildren and his Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the A. E. Grier & Sons (2310 Statesville Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
