She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pinkney Whitesides and Clara Johnston Whitesides; her husband Edward Joseph Marz; and her brother Johnston Whitesides. She is survived by: her daughters, Cyndi Marz Cox (Woody) and Melody Marz Howarth (Scott); her grandchildren, Megan Bolick (Jacob), Trey Cox (Britney), Natalie Holman (Joseph) and Nicholas Howarth; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Cox, Rhett Cox, Emie Holman, Ellie Jo Holman, Noel Jo Bolick and Clark Holman.
