He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coble MacNeill and Katharine Powers MacNeill of Charlotte. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Perry MacNeill (Christine), Elizabeth Anne MacNeill (Todd) and Claire Katharine MacNeill (Matt); his wife Pamela P. MacNeill; and his grandchildren, James Coble Belles, Joseph Matthew Belles, John Conley Belles, Elliana Grace Belles and Grace Katharine Ross.
