John Szedon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Szedon of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Szedon to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Szedon and Mary Szedon; and his siblings, Ronald Szedon, William Szedon and Janet Szedon Manry.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille T. Szedon; his daughter Linda M.; his son-in-law Matt McDuffie; his daughter Ellen P. Szedon; and his grandchildren, Alec, Lucy Mae and Bea McDuffie.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (3016 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in John's memory to Ascension Byzantine Catholic Church 318 Park Avenue, Clairton, PA 15025.
