He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Cunningham and Helen L. Cunningham; his son John M. Cunningham; and his sister Sara Shafer. He is survived by: his wife Martha A. Zerres; his children, Joseph Cunningham (Barbara) of Niceville, FL, Valerie Tsekouras (George) of California, MD and Jeffrey Cunningham (Melissa) of Largo, FL; his daughter-in-law Sally Cunningham of Charlotte, NC; and his brother William Cunningham (Carolyn) of Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
