He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Grier of New London, NC; and his siblings, Ernest Grier (Angel), Peggy Cornelius, Loretta Grier, Minister Shelia G. Watkins, Paula Henry (Alfred), Angela Smith (Michael), Astella Drake (Alfred), Quentin Bryant, Tywan Bryant, Bryant Williams, Celeste Thompson, Kimmery Merriman and Shelia A. Grier. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle (522 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
