She is survived by: her children, David Hugh Lowder of Charlotte, NC, Donna Lowder Blackwelder (Daniel Blackwelder) of Mint Hill, NC and John Elzie Lowder of Oakboro, NC; and her sister Jonell Dixon of Newberry, SC.
