He is survived by: his wife Lucille Mobley; his children, Shirely Mobley, Cynthia Parker (Melvin Parker), Carol Phipps and Ronald Mobley; and his siblings, Marjorie Lockhart, Roosevelt Mobley (Cathelene Mobley) and Robert Rivers. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
