He is survived by: his friend Georgia; his parents, James Lewis (Pam) and Kecia (Matthew Warren); his brother James Lewis Jr. (Stephanie); his nieces, Mae Lewis and Evelyn; his stepsister Lesli Herbkersman (Cole); his niece Charlotte; his grandmother Joyce Short; his aunt Jennifer Kephart (Tim); his cousin Alex; his uncle David Lewis (Coco); his aunt Kearin Lewis; his cousins, Kate Lewis Yalniz (Ozan), Suzanne Lewis and Steven Lewis; Jack, Robbie and Luca.
