She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Noel. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Noel (Pergola); her husband Matthew Woodruff; her children, Jaxon Woodruff and Scarlett Woodruff of Morris, CT; her siblings, Michael Noel of Oxford, CT, Chrissy Bennett (Josh) of Beloit, WI, Holly Noel (Jose) of Prospect, CT and Chrystal Illes (Richard Nearing Jr.); and her godchildren, Laila Nearing and Christian Nearing. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (82 Litchfield St, Torrington, CT 06790).
