He is survived by: his wife Carmen Luzon; his children, Carlos Toscano (Sara), Elena Earnhardt (Douglas), Luis Toscano, Alex Luzon (Jennifer) and Carol Luzon; his grandchildren, Adela, Kyle Toscano (Bailey), Douglas (Hannah), Dale Earnhardt (Kaitlin), Audrey Toscano-Davis (Donovan), Christina Toscano, Nick Toscano, Casey English (Roderick), Joseph (Rachel) and Kate Luzon; and his great grandchildren, Aaron, Bryana Wash, Laylah Toscano, Sophia Toscano, Kashton Davis, Rorie Earnhardt, Carter Toscano, Duncan Earnhardt, Kruz Davis, Elliot Earnhardt, Herbert Toscano, Liam Earnhardt and Sebastian Toscano.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (8451 Idlewild Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Sharon Memorial Park (5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park (5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Fraternal Order of Police.
