Joseph left this world on September 13, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Hollman and Joseph Michael Devlin; his brother Raymond Devlin; and his daughter Lisa Hannan. He is survived by: his wife Judith Devlin; his sister Barbara Annastas; his children, Amy Thomas (Chris), Michael (Daisy) and Andrew Devlin; his grandchildren, Kyle (London), Jessica, Kory, Jenna, Kaci and Elijah; and his great grandchildren, Graham, Quinn and Melani.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church (4027 Shamrock Dr, Charlotte, NC 28215). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
