She is survived by: her sons, William J. Hladik Jr. (Mary Grant Hladik), Kirk Joseph Hladik and Christopher Robert Hladik (Kerry Ann Hladik); and her grandsons, Jason Michael Hladik and Cody James Thrailkill (Kaylee Elizabeth Lacuesta). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
