She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, William Jr. (Natalie), Daniel (Jessi), Jennifer (Keith) and Nathaniel (Martina); the father of her children William; her siblings, Robin and Roy Jr.; her uncle Roy; and her sister Joyce McArn. She was also cherished by Her family grew to have twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers her family requests donations be made to the American Red Cross, where she made regular platelet donations to the Pheresis program for over twenty years.
