She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Peterson-Lawrence and Willie Joe Lawrence Sr.; and her sister Sandra Lawrence-McNeil. She is survived by: her sisters, Estelle Lawrence-Piece, Vivian Lawrence-Bragg, Sadiyyah "Barbara" Lawrence and Andrea Lawrence-Brewer; her son Corey Lawrence; her close friend Bernard Boadi; her grandchildren, Aspen, Akasha, Torey, Darius, Courtney and Jaylon Lawrence; and her brothers, Willie "Sonny" Lawrence of Jacksonville Arkansas, Richard Lawrence (Ella) of Maumelle, Kevin "Rodney" of Tucson and Kenneth Lawrence (Veronica) of Foreny.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Baptist Church (8205 AR-161, North Little Rock, AR 72117).
