He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Ryan Houck; and his brother Thomas Arthur Houck. He is survived by: his wife Tina Felisha Milbee Houck; and his brothers, Bill Houck (Anne) of Richfield, NC and Tim Houck (Joanie). He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
