She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Kincaid and Lorraine Kincaid; her husband Eugene Ploski of Torrington; her children, Anita Mihok (Chris) of Durham, NH and John Celadon of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her granddaughter Holley Samuel (Connor) of Dover, NH; her siblings, Bill Kincaid of Torrington and Lorraine Coolidge of Torrington; her great grandchild Owen Samuel of Dover, NH; her cousin Carol Stickney (Leon); her close friend Cindy Ruggeri; and her sister Maureen Hubert of Torrington. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thurston Rowe Funeral Home (283 Torrington Rd, Litchfield, CT 06759).
