Katie Marcile Tatum Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Marcile Tatum (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Elizabeth Caruthers of Oxford, FL and Earl Lester Geiger of Jacksonville, FL; and her husband Gene Tatum. She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Tatum (Debbie), Jerry Tatum (Carla) and Mike Tatum (Carmen); and her sister Betty Earl Rogers of Spartanburg, SC.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
She received the honor of Kentucky Colonel for her significant contribution to the American Dairy Association.
