It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Barbee in Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Stanfield, North Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Phoebe Alisa; his mother Mary Webb; and his siblings, Herman Barbee of Locust, Carmen Barbee of Locust, Velt "Bud" Barbee of Locust, Lorene Almond of Mission and Donna Sue Barbee of Salisbury.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sonja Barbee of Statesville and Amy Barbee of Gold Hill; the parent of his children Roxy Barbee of Midland; his grandson Jake Barbee; and his sister Doris Imlay of Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
