He was predeceased by: his stepbrother Richie Romsberg. He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Pauline Kettells (Schildt) and Richard Warren Kettells; his children, Ashlyn Hernandez and Lucas Kettells (Christina Renee Keller); his siblings, Kristy Seal (Chuck Smith) and Keith Kettells (Jessica Waddell); his close friends, Paul "Wiz" Stephens and Blaine McGrath; and his pet Gotti. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles, and friends.
Floral tributes are welcome at the services, or, in lieu of flowers, donations to assist with funeral costs may be made to David Wayne Mohler.
