It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Davis (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son James Edward Haynes Jr. (Sherry); her grandson James Edward Haynes III; her great grandchild Davis McMakin; her grandchildren, Erica, Brandi and Jason; her great grandchildren, Presley, Harper, Paxton, Bryson and Beckett; and her husband Ted Davis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McKee Road Baptist Church (4300 McKee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227).
