She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie Vines; and her sister Jo Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Ratcliffe (Al), Frankie Hammonds and Tonya McGovern (Bob); her brother Ned Vines (Sheila); her grandchildren, Scott Ratcliffe (Danielle), Holly Ratcliffe, Chloe McGovern and Jaxon Hammonds; and her great grandchild Dakota Ratcliffe. She is also survived by her family and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
