Lois Canipe Gantz Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Canipe Gantz of Charlotte, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Lois leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her brother Wendell E. Canipe. She is survived by: her son Brian Gantz (Roxanne) of Indian Trail, NC; and her grandsons, Brandan and Jacob Gantz. She is also survived by her grandsons and all the neighborhood children.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Harmony Baptist Church (2817 Mt Harmony Church Rd, Matthews, NC 28105). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mt. Harmony Baptist Church.
