He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer Sr. and Marion Jean Spencer; and his siblings, Joyce Lynette Spencer and William McKinley Spencer Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jannie B. Spencer; his children, Lynette M. Spencer and Darius J. Christian; and his siblings, Janice Davis (Craig), Dale Spencer and Ivan "Trent" Spencer (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, fraternity brothers, and countless friends.
